About the Opportunity
Ferro Building Systems Ltd. is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator based in Surrey, BC, with hybrid flexibility available after the initial six to nine months of on-site onboarding.
Reporting to the CEO and President and working closely with the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in implementing marketing initiatives and supporting brand strategy across digital and traditional channels with a strong focus on B2B audiences.
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for executing coordinated marketing campaigns, strengthening brand consistency, and supporting lead generation and business development efforts. You will also provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and follow-through on strategic priorities.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing content creation, social media management, website updates, and digital and physical advertising
- Coordinating the launch and ongoing development of the new company website, including uploading and organizing content
- Supporting the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media content, paid ads (PPC/SEO), and website updates
- Assisting with the creation of digital brochures and marketing collateral for clients such as engineers, architects, and construction managers
- Collaborating with outsourced vendors and creative partners to implement marketing materials, media assets, and branded documents
- Reviewing bid and tender platforms to identify opportunities and supporting CRM data entry and lead tracking
- Maintaining marketing calendars and assisting with tracking budgets and ROI reporting
- Supporting the transition to a new CRM system and helping to set up marketing automation functions such as newsletter distribution
- Ensuring brand consistency across all digital and physical marketing materials while contributing to a cohesive external brand message
About You
To qualify, you will need a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment.
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and confidence working with data and lead tracking
- Knowledge of WordPress and experience coordinating website content updates
- Ability to manage and grow LinkedIn presence, with future support for Facebook campaigns
- Strong business writing skills and an eye for brand consistency
- Experience collaborating with external vendors, designers, and digital consultants
- Comfort reviewing public bid/tender platforms and flagging new opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to basic analytics or marketing automation tools
- Interest in both the digital and practical sides of marketing execution
